Mutiara Motors Sdn Bhd (Mutiara Motors), a Company that was established in 1982 with humble beginnings has grown and became a renowned importer of new and used luxury vehicles from Japan and United Kingdom. Mutiara Motors overcame adversities and challenges to develop while progressing in the automotive industry. Now, Mutiara Motors is a recognized corporate brand locally as well as globally in the automotive and motoring industry!

Mutiara Motors has expanded rapidly within its 30 years existence and diversified its business in tourism and automotive performance parts which are managed by its affiliate companies namely Mutiara Motors Resort Sdn. Bhd., Mutiara Motors Performance Products Sdn. Bhd., Mutiara Motorsports Sdn. Bhd., M7 Motorsports Sdn. Bhd., and M7 Racing Sdn. Bhd. M7 Energy Drink is the latest product that comes out from M7 pipeline with DRIVE M7 SDN BHD as its Sole Distributor.

In its effort to introduce and promote M7 products globally, M7 officially sponsors Takeshi Tsuchiya of Toyota Team Tsuchiya, Japan Super GT driver and Isa-Ro Charlez of Charlez Racing, Formula V6 Asia (AFOS) (2008), M7 AMEMIYA WITH TOYO TIRES D1-7, D1 Grand Prix Japan (2008/2009/2010/2011) and M7 Mutiara Motors Amemiya Racing, GT300 Japan (2009/2010) and many other prominent figures in motorsports. Among other big names that are with us is the Japanese Drifting Legend, Manabu “Max” Orido, Isami Amemiya also known as the “God of Rotary Engine”, and since October 2011, actor Aaron Aziz, an artist well known in Singapore and Malaysia to promote DRIVE M7 for the Malaysian market.

We appointed 2 more distinguished names in early 2012, one in Malaysia and ASEAN’s Drifting Arena, Tengku Djan Ley bin Tengku Mahaleel and Mohd Razizan Abdul Razak or famously known as Zizan Raja Lawak as our ambassador to further build the branding of DRIVE M7. M7 generously invest in marketing each year to ensure AMP is done aggressively so that M7 will and keep on growing and become a household brand!

In 2013 we have added few more public figure and celebrities into the list of ambassadors endorsing our porducts. Fizo Omar (actor, host) and Stacy (singer) had come onboard in early 2013 to join us and Jepp Sepahtu (Raja Lawak, Maharaja Lawak Winner) just recently. On the sports side, we have appointed local athletes, Haniff Borhan (Formula F3000 Powerboat), Gabit (Supermoto, Motocross) and Azlah Shah (Asia Road Racing Championship, Cub Prix). As part of our intention to support local talent, we are also sponsoring a team of amateur youngsters who are involved in Calisthenics or Street workout, Bar-Risan. On the international stage, we have RO Charlez (Formula V6, Lamborghini Super Trofeo), Daigo Saito (Back to back Champion for Formula Drift USA and ASIA), Dai Yoshihara (Champion Formula Drift USA) and Melyssa Grace (Drift, Model) to carry and promote our branding.

2014 is another big year for us in terms of AMP. We are the main sponsor for a MotoGP team that goes by the name “Drive M7 Aspar Team”. The riders for the team are former World Champion 2006, Nicky Hayden and Former 250 Champion 2009, Hiroshi Aoyama. The team is competing in 18 locations in 12 countries (Qatar, America, Spain, Italy, France, The Netherlands, German, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Malaysia, Australia and Japan) and is watched by over 2.4 million viewers on circuit and over 280 million viewers in 207 countries through live telecast worldwide. We expect the branding to elevate to another level where we are known worldwide as an international player. In 2015 we kept our appearance in MotoGP through our sponsorship of a new team from our local soil, which is the Drive M7 SIC Racing Team competing in Moto3.

Mutiara Food & Drinks (M) Sdn Bhd is looking forward to make DRIVE M7 a household name and out target and vision is to ensure DRIVE M7 is easily available in the Malaysian Market which includes Sabah and Sarawak which we have achieved. We have now managed to penetrate the Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia market and have its association in the USA and Japan. We are looking to strengthen our presence to become the energy drink of choice in Malaysia while spreading our branding worldwide.


To ensure the availability of DRIVE M7 throughout Malaysia and penetrate the world market hence becoming a household brand name.

Our Future

Drive M7 aims for DRIVE to become the energy drink of choice worldwide. We are working hard to expand the market and DRIVE is currently sold in Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Japan and the USA. In 2015 we started distributing to Europe through Czech Republic.
